An Introduction
This
is a catalogue of energy channelling and general energy and
healing work
approaches, the levels different energies work on, what are
the most important attributes of energies and the
different means used to amplify your channelling (implants, energy devices and
overlays for example) and the approaches necessary to do it
better (what to ask for, and the right intent, attitude and
focus). This page is essential reading for those thinking
about working with energies and also those already working
with energies who want to do it better.
Background
to this article
For
two years before
my awakening I went through an incredibly unstable period
where I became increasingly fearful, nervous and anxious. At times I was in a state of terror. There was from my point
of view no reason that I should be like this. Although during
this time I continued working (as a laboratory manager in a
medical school), it was extremely difficult, at times my mind
was thinking of ending it all - that's how bad it was.
I
have to recap my state at this time as this was what my life
revolved around, I was consumed by these feelings and felt at
a loss as to how to deal with them. Unless you understand this
then you will not understand my approach to energy work.
After
my awakening experience in early 1995 (Awakening) I became permanently clairvoyant. Able to
see spirits and energies quite easily. I used this ability to
interact with my guides mostly for my own self healing and sometimes
for others.
Within a few months of this experience I could scan a body and
identify problem areas and then focus energies to make
changes. I could cleanse places of negative energies - nature,
buildings and so on by sweeping flames through them until they
were clean. I could see chakras, consciously take them out,
take them apart, clean them, put them back together again and
re-install them. All this within a few weeks and months of
awakening. For someone from a scientific / academic / logical
background
these new abilities were pushing me substantially. During
this early phase, my
guides would pass me objects of power. For example I had
a Native American guide and got a rattle and a medicine pouch
which I could use in various situations. Sometimes I would
have amulets of power fitted to my energy body to help with
channeling and to ward off negative energies for example.
There
was a progressive movement during this early self healing
period from working with earth based wisdom and energy systems
(chakras, power objects) and earth based guides; human (Native
American, priests, Chinese masters, wise women, African shaman
. . . ) nature spirits (Hern, Pan, Water Spirits, Fairies,
Pixies . . . .) and later angelic as this was the start of an
opening and clearing process initially centered around this
human form and what is nearest to this in multidimensional
terms.
When
I became aware of and had access to spirit guides I asked them
to help me resolve whatever was the cause of the fear and
terror. They worked with me very closely to do this. During
this phase I had psychic surgery done in my own lounge (Under
the Knife) and I would often be drawn to certain areas in
the local words were I received extensive energy work from a
variety of beings and of course I did a lot of self healing
too. It took about a year to move me into a much more
comfortable space and about 4 years until I was no longer
troubled by them.
All
of this was initially under the direction of my guides - I was just asking. I now
realize that by directly asking and being very focused and
active in terms of defining very well what I wanted
resulted in a movement very different from what others are
experiencing.
Although I
was actively asking I also felt
that there was nothing that I could do to help myself
practically during these early stages. If you
know me then you would realize that this is very different to
how I am normally. I am very creative, can normally come up
with a good half dozen solutions to any problem and have no
challenge taking solutions to completion. But these fear /
terror areas really had
me stumped. It was very certainly a phase where I had to let
go and be treated like a helpless child and learn to trust
others.
Energy channelling for healing through the human body
After
a few months I was advised during a reading via a levitating robed monk that I would be
healing in a different way, that it would involve working with some
symbols. Two weeks later I had my first Reiki training
weekend.
During
the demonstration before the initiation my hands
spontaneously started to channel.
After this weekend I was channelling to myself for at
least 6
hours each and every day to make the release of the fear from
myself much easier. Often I would wake in a bad state at about 4 in the morning,
and start doing this then. I would also work on
myself in the evenings to help shift things too - a busy time.
I
had the much criticized Essential Reiki book (Thank you Diane
Stein for having the courage to step beyond the Reiki
boundaries) and I was working with the second level symbols in the three
months before my second initiation. What you must understand
is that the only thing that I was interested in was working
with myself in whatever way was necessary to bring my
unbalanced state to a correct conclusion. Every time I
activated energies and I mean EVERY time I always asked for
stronger energies, at greater channelling rates to work to
greater depths faster and more effectively. I was using
crystals, boji stones and a subtle energy tool that
amplified intent - ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING that would help me get
my stuff shifted faster.
During the second Reiki initiation I was paired off with
Elaine who became a good friend. We were given the symbols and
I was temporarily puzzled to find myself being told that the
book was wrong and that the symbols worked the other way
around. Well, for myself when I had used this symbol (in the
wrong way) I could feel an increase in channelling capacity of
about double. The puzzling thing was that this also happened
if I used the symbol the opposite way. In effect I could
reverse them at will. This made me realize that the symbols
were actually irrelevant if you are willing to provide your
own focus and that they are simply a symbolic representation
of a focus. So, if you believe what you are told then they
will obviously work that way and on the other hand if you have
a very strong will and enough belief in yourself then they are
entirely unnecessary.
For
the next few months Elaine and I worked with each other at a
distance. As Elaine was interested in the energy work that I
was developing she was
using the first energy tool that I had developed and its
manual. So we worked together to check out the Reiki
information directly. You must also remember here that I am a
scientist by training and have as such been taught to verify and to experiment.
Healing experiments for you to try
We
had been told that the energies would not be bounded by time,
but would work equally well in the past or future. So, we
set up experiments channelling energy forward in time as well as backwards
to each other within defined (but unknown to the recipient)
time periods. So, for example I would channel to Elaine on Thursday
for the energy to travel back in time to arrive the previous Monday at a specific time between 9 and
9.30. Elaine would be waiting to sense the energies - the time
we felt them arrive was always exactly the time the other
person had sent them to. This took our
understanding beyond theory or belief and into actually knowing it
directly ourselves. There is an important difference here - if
you do not do this experiment then you in yourself do not
know this as a fact - you only know it as a belief. The first
position means that you work more confidently and your
effectiveness greatly increases while the second means that
you are relying on beliefs and here say- in other words your
taking things for granted without testing them.
After
doing this experiment for example we each worked to send
energies to our childhood - age 0-2 for a week, age 3-6 for a
week and so on. During each of phases this past focus resulted
in lots shifting
out of ourselves from these time periods.
Making
Subtle Energy Tools
I
had been experimenting with energy tools before involving
myself with Reiki. An energy tool is a physical device that
either itself holds a range of energies or that acts as a
reference point or portal to devices and or support and or energies
resident in other dimensions. One tool that I was using
was interesting as it would adjust its power rating over time
as you got used to working with it - i.e. it had some intelligence. Always interested in pushing the edge I was
working on trying to amplify its capacity. So, having analyzed
the energy flow I made a device that would fit around it and
amplify its effectiveness. This moved its rating from
somewhere around 16 to about 45. Such a huge jump that as I
fitted it my hand was shaking uncontrollably. When I discussed
this with the maker of the original - he was amazed as the
best level he had achieved himself at that time was 32.
All
the tools that I had looked at (including the one I was using)
seemed very basic. Yes they dealt with healing and worked well
on the physical level, but not much beyond that. The tool that
I started with was unusual in that it amplified intent. I had
already realized that intent was the foundation and basis of
all energy work and that a strong and open intent was required
to move fast in the most transforming direction. In fact
intent, will and focus is the basis for everything that is
manifested.
How to measure your healing capability
Meanwhile
our channelling experiments had taken an interesting turn. When
we sent energies absently we had been doing this for 15
minutes. A minor point that always surprised me was that I
never needed to remember to stop at 15 minutes - this happened
automatically. It was at this time that Elaine made a very
interesting discovery she specified that she wanted to send
energies that were the equivalent of 15 minutes of Reiki. To her
and later my surprise when I did the same the energies
channelled for about 2 minutes before stopping. That is, two minutes of what we were
channelling
was equivalent to 15 minutes of pure Reiki. So, of the
combination of energies that we were using only 15% were Reiki, the
other 85% were what I had collected myself via my direct
intent to do so.
This
information was contrary to what my Reiki teachers were
insisting - that there was (for some bizarre reason)
only Reiki energies and nothing else was good anyway - so much
for Reiki. For more on my Reiki

How to amplify your healing capacity?
My
own focus and intent always had my channelling / healing
capabilities moving on. For example a few months after the 1st
Reiki initiation my spirit team installed energy crystals in
the ends of my fingers and in
the centre of my palm. These subtle crystal implants helped amplify the energy. I could see these
clairvoyantly with
connecting energy lines linking them through my hand and up my
arm. A few weeks later the crystal in the centre was replaced
by another bigger one about the size of my fist.
At
the same time. I found that I was channelling from just above
my forehead and heart area. There are lots of variations here.
As
I become more attuned with spirit then
my hands and in fact my whole body would move to direct
energies to specific places either to another person or to
parts of myself. In other words I did not need to be involved
in the minute details of putting my hands were needed they
were moved for me leaving me to concentrate on other details.
The
Important Parameters that define healing energy
I
started to use the channelling capacity as held by a standard
Reiki master as my base standard to measure energy capacity.
So, we were channelling about 7 Reiki Master Units RMU (late
1995). With my continued focus and intent to increase
capacity, quality and depth then this is of course what
happened all the time.
However
capacity (i.e. flow of energy) is just one measurement of
channelled energy effectiveness and to be honest it is the
least important. As my understanding
progressed I found that there were 5 important parameters that
you should be aware of with regards the energies that you are working
with. Here they are from least to most important:
Flow Strength;
This is what I call capacity and is the
amount of energy that flows for a given time. As science is
still relatively lost in these areas then I use the average
capacity of a standard Reiki master as the basic unit of
energy flow.
Energy Concentration;
For a given flow some energies will do
much more than others. So, some are weaker and some are
stronger. That is, some are like a weak detergent
- you buy a litre but you need to use 2-3 times more to have
the same effect as a better brand.
Energy Orientation;
Energies can work in two directions
to resolve challenges. I call these either contractive or
expansive. Contracting energies try and bury or seal issues
and trauma as a means of arriving at a solution while
expansive energies work to bring them to the surface to be
fully dealt with. So, in one direction some energies are only
trying to get rid of the symptoms while others are trying
to resolve the cause. As our sterile, fast food culture wants
everything without discomfort then in my experience this is
reflected in the orientation of the majority of energies being
used today - particularly the more popular ones at this time.
Lets look at an example:
I work with extreme expansive energies, as anything
else is for my own agenda a complete and utter waste of time. During
one phase of my self healing I was having a massive release
from the kidneys (storage of fear), I had cystitis and was
not very well for about 10 days. Although I did not like
what was going on I also understood my process and was
willing to flow with this extreme level of discomfort. After
about 5 days of this a visiting friend channelled energies
to help me. Within 25 minutes all of my symptoms disappeared
completely, the pain, the cystitis. This strangely enough had me very
puzzled. I then realized that this person was working with
contracting energies and they had effectively shut my process
down. Confirmed when I did some self healing (that is I
activated and worked with my own expansive energies) to have
the releasing symptoms very quickly return (within 20
minutes).
There are lots of people out there who are only interested
in short term (a day, a week, a month, a year, a life time,
10 life times . . . ) results where looking good and assumed
reputation for the channel and avoidance of discomfort is
more important than a complete resolution. People who work
with contracting energies are not very interested in looking
at their own issues at least not deeply, in fact they are
often not even aware that issues are THE issue. They are
very afraid of pain and are not in touch with their own.
Levels of function;
We could say - what depth do the energies work to resolve conditions. We could
split these into;
a)
The human sphere present life; This can be further split
depending on your model into; Physical,
Emotional (etheric), Mental (astral), Psychological, Ethical,
Moral, Ancestral, Local spiritual (what is considered spiritual at human levels).
b)
Human sphere complete; This would include the above plus all
past lives as a human within the remit of the akashic records.
c)
Projected soul fragments; These are many and varied, they include for example
nature spirits, angels, archangels, et's, star beings,
ascended masters and so on. You could say that this sphere
includes all existences of embodied soul fragments (as the
human form is) as well as soul fragments as energy forms. The
higher self is included here as this is another projected soul
fragment with a specific makeup and mission to aid other soul
fragments from the same soul. Projected soul fragments
basically operate independently from the soul, there is rarely
a connection with the soul.
d)
Pure soul form Sphere; Although we have worked within this
sphere for the last 4 years specifically with our soul forms
and aspects both resolving traumas that originate from this
level and more recently soul conditioning and embedded
patterns it is very difficult to get a coherent picture. I
feel that there are different levels within this sphere providing
different environment characteristics and soul experiences but
these are very hard to define.
Levels
of function then define how deep or high your energies work to.
For
example, if your energies only work to say astral level on the
soul fragment here then any challenge that comes from beyond
this will not get resolved. Paradoxically if you are working
with contracting energies then the symptoms will disappear but
the issue that these symptoms represent wont be resolved.
Limits of Agendas;
In some ways these are the most important and can be represented by the
following questions:

Where do the energies come from?
-
Who is in charge of them?
-
What are the intentions of those in charge?
-
What agendas are they operating to?
Unfortunately you cannot rely on readings or guidance to give
you this information. Even more unfortunate is that there are
few who have the detachment (essential), confidence and self
authority (that is they can function well without approval)
never mind the capabilities to do this. From our experience
light workers for example are bottle necked at projected soul
fragment level and lower (past lives). As the beings they are
working with only have experience of these levels and nothing
else then they cannot take you beyond these. Every Being type
/ group / society / culture / hierarchy has an agenda that
holds tremendous limits. Letting them go has nothing to do
with a lack of trust, it has everything to do with taking
responsibility for your own exploration and movement.

You
may notice that we don't talk about dimensional levels or
levels of consciousness or awareness. For example many think
that it is important to know where their soul comes from as
they think that this will then tell them something about their
souls level of development or standing. We would say that the
majority of information people are receiving is incorrect. For
example being told "my soul comes from the higher levels
of Sirius" is basically still within the soul fragment
arena and this information is passed by beings who themselves
have not made a connection with the pure soul sphere but
consider themselves to be the soul form as they think they are of greater
awareness (when compared to most humans). We warn you that there is
lots of miss information given with the best of intentions. We
have people saying "oh I come from the same level as
you!!" Thinking that this means that they are equal!!!
Another illusion. On this earth level I come from UK, I would
not consider that I am the same as all those within the UK. I
would say that I have some very general cultural conditioning
in common but in terms of ME as an individual I will and do
have more resonance with some people placed all round the planet. In
terms of my awareness as a human there is as much resonance
with people outside the UK as in. The same for my home village
in the UK. Are we all the same there? Will you know who I am
by spending time there? NO. This sort of identification or
comparison on this level is meaningless as it is on other
levels including projected soul fragment and also pure soul levels.
Maximum
channelling capacity for the human body
I
found that there was an upper limit to what was possible when
channelling energy within the human energy / nervous system.
This was about 10 RMU. Fortunately there are many ways to go
beyond this. So, what is the maximum capacity, well I did
enquire at this time and got a ball park figure of about 1000
RMU. A truly staggering capacity, which now I feel is
conservative, actually very conservative - I don't now think
that there are any limits, just debilitating beliefs, limiting information
and conditioned attitudes. Also you could be channelling a huge
capacity of basically crap and debilitating energies, so
quality and intention are for me more important. However I
think that with expansive energies (transforming) the
practical limit is more to do with what the person receiving
the energies is capable of working with.
In
all, it took about 3 years to go from this level of 7 RMU to
reach a channelling capacity of about 450 RMU in 1999. Since
then, it has become meaningless to keep track and I have no
interest in doing so. It is interesting that the few people
working with us keep telling us that a lot of what we say many
people will consider lies and or impossible. Sadly we don't
find it strange when people relying on information outside of
themselves in the form of guides, readings and channelling
cannot handle (or trust) anyone with their feet firmly enough
on the ground presenting meaningful and entirely relevant
information from direct experience. It continues to be easier
to remain attached to illusions rather than put in the
entirely hard work necessary to resolve insecurity and self
confidence issues that will enable them to step into true self
authority and self empowerment and therefore be free enough to
find things out directly for themselves.
Healer implants that amplify your energy channelling
Four
to five months after starting to channel I had my first
implant experience. One morning I was standing in my kitchen
trying to have a cup of tea. I say trying because as I
unthinkingly lifted the cup to my mouth it was getting part
way and then being set down again. After three attempts to get
a mouth full I gave up and moved to the dining room activating
my energies while going and asking my current support team
what was happening?
They
very quickly moved my left hand up and slightly to the front
(much like it would be to support a tray). The energies then
built up and locked to such an extent that it I found my hand
impossible to move. My head was also slightly leant to the
left and locked too. I was like this for about 40 minutes and
it took me a while to see that they were installing a
channelling implant into my right hand with the supporting
device fitted into my head space, both devices were solid but
existed on another energy level.
So, although
both were anchored to me in this reality neither were part of
this reality.
The
hand implant was roughly hand shaped (convenient eh!) with all the fingers but
no thumb, it was gold coloured except for the fingers which were each a
different colour. I was expecting this to be immediately
functional but I was told that they had to connect the two
implants at a later time and then it would be activated.
Two
weeks later (I was getting a little sick of waiting) this was
done. I had just parked the car ready to walk to the
university where I worked but as I was a little early I decide
to sit and phase out. With this pause my teams came in and
started fitting the connecting cable - I say cable as this is
what it looked like. So the energies coming in through the
device in my head space were directed down to the hand unit
via the cable and out from there. For this they had me bent
double - so I spent about 30 minutes with my head beneath the
steering wheel. I was aware of a guy walking his dog who came
past the car 3-4 times obviously trying to figure out what was
going on!!
Although I had had other implants installed for various
reasons before this one this was the first with a specific
channelling function. It was what I called a mechanical /
electronic implant - from my point of view this is low level
technology. Every month or so after this my implants would be
replaced as I was able to shift into working at progressively
higher levels. With time, I noticed a progressive change in
technology from the above type through crystalline and ceramic
types until they were more of an organic form. This
progression for me represented the approaches used by
different beings within et and star being cultures as I
accessed higher energy levels within the soul fragment sphere
of existence, which to be quite honest is still very low level
stuff.
Energy
overlays that amplify your healing potential
I
also experienced a means of passing energy that involved me
temporary merging with another being. So, I would be inside
the energy field of this being like a loose fitting glove and
the energies would be flowing through the form of this being
and not really myself. Yet again this is another way to
channel greater capacities of energies.
Some external
means of amplifying the energy presented
Sometimes
your support team or parts / aspects of yourself from other levels
will work independently with machines / equipment to channel
energy with regards your focus (yourself / client /
situation). Cris in particular used to work with many machines
(present in other realities) that each
had a different function with regards a healing area. You will
find that you have equipment for example if you are working
with beings that are technological in nature from lower
projected soul fragment levels.
Although
this technology is not visible on this level it can be seen as
a representation of the technology of another race / level -
usually et's and star beings. There is huge variation here,
from small football size items to football field size complete flying
saucers sitting overhead beaming down energies to facilitate a
workshop for example -
very amusing.
Our
Current Channelling Methods
Eventually
after years of virtually weekly changes completely altering my
subtle energy channelling approach, I got to a point where I was working
with what can only be described as energy directing hose
pipes. External pipes that I hold and use to direct energy
where ever I need. These pipes are the final form that stayed
when I reached the end of my explorations of soul fragment
levels and entered the sphere of pure soul forms.
At
this pure soul this level there is no discernable technology,
there is only energy - although this may be used in what could
be translated into technological terms. Having moved beyond
the levels where
implants and other internal forms of aid are used we now no
longer use them.
What prevents you from being an effective healer?
What
we have found is that as we have made deeper movements into
ourselves (i.e. moved into finer energies and forms) we have
left behind or dropped lower frequency energies. We feel that
it is difficult to hold the full spectrum of energies that can
work on all levels from human vehicle through all the levels
including pure soul level. Basically
as you move into finer levels then you hold finer energies. It
then becomes difficult to work with denser energies as these
are then a contradiction to where you stand now. So, the
hose pipe system that we work with now is controlled
externally and allows frequency energies to be selected and
activated that will also facilitate within projected soul
fragment levels as well as the pure soul levels. So we can
work with a broader range by using this approach although
there are limits (we don't have any impact on purely physical
conditions).
On
a more basic level. Our approach is about making a continuous
movement that is always pushing beyond limits, boundaries, belief systems,
attitudes and so on to explore and make whole / expand ALL
forms within ALL THAT WE ARE. This movement is also reflected
in the energies we work with as they are continuously
shifting. Each time we move into and connect to higher energies
we also have the intention to let go of all the energies that would
now hold us back. That is our cup never over flows and we are
never caught stuck to lower energy connections.
We
know of many people who go for initiation after initiation
never thinking of disconnecting from old, lower frequencies to
move into higher. This means of collecting energies is not
very efficient as there is no intention to drop any then often the
lowest common denominator prevails. It is also important to
symbolically state your movement by disconnecting consciously.
Many systems are designed to collect people rather than
facilitate people to collect themselves. Reiki is one of
these, people find it virtually impossible to let go of this
system.
Soul
fragment healing work summarized
So,
during this intense period of 5 years or so I re-visited all
the forms of myself existing within the soul fragment sphere
starting with my human form and then working up from there. I
only spent as much time as necessary with each form to do
the following;
-
To
understand this form, its environment, friends,
relationships, culture, society and so on so that I
would be able to identify my affiliations and let them go
(free myself from them). For example as a human I may be a
Christian and have certain agendas / missions with regards
this affiliation. I may be a missionary and be trying to
convert others to my way of thinking / being (as most
light work cultures are doing in a more subtle way). All
of these are limiting if you wish to move into deeper
levels of yourself, a truer unity, a deeper freedom and a
greater wholeness.

To
collect as much as possible with regards energies / advice /
support / information that will help me on my journey to move in alignment with my
current focus.
-
To let go of
all missions and agendas no matter what there
nature so I can continue my movement into higher
forms of myself. To not do this keeps you attached and stuck
at the attached level. I have never ever come across one
single agenda within the soul fragment sphere that is
sincerely pushing the boundary of limits and embracing the
true unknown.
-
To heal this fragment of all trauma and issues of limitation
and separation that it would be possible to achieve at this
time of visiting. If there were things that could not be
done because we lacked the means or it was not time or it
was part of something bigger, then they would be marked
for completion later.
This
is a difficult area for many light workers to get their head
around there is too much trust of beings who themselves are
not evolved enough to help others effectively or even
understand their relationship to their souls. It is very easy
to get stuck in this sphere bogged down and attached to some
form of yourself stuck and lost to a limiting and low level agenda,
affiliation or mission. It takes a great deal of courage and
self security to step back and question all that you have
taken for granted, it takes even more to move beyond these.
To
give you some idea of the scope of exploration and recovery
possible / required here - I have lived within this sphere as
about 250 separate forms including; various; angels, nature spirits, et's, , star beings, ascended master, human and so on enjoying about
25,000 separate existences (loads as a human).
With
regards those holding miss alignments, debilitating belief
systems, disabling attitudes, stuck patterns (agendas,
missions) and so on that were holding me to the soul fragment
level of awareness then in all more than 5,000 existences were
consciously re-aligned before I could break into the pure soul
form level. This is no exaggeration. Attending a few
workshops, doing some light body activation, without a direct
and dedicated focus to YOURSELF and your own evolution to the
exclusion of all else will not get you very far.
What
is a soul?
Although
many talk about humans having souls this is not so, we have a
human vehicle within which a soul fragment resides for its
human experience. A soul fragment is a very small (1/100,000)
part of the soul. It is however very important to the soul as
it has the capacity to experience much more than the pure soul
form is able and make itself the key to the transformation of
the soul at soul level. Although we only have a soul fragment,
this fragment for most people is a reflection of the complete
soul.
What is involved to effect healing at soul
levels?
Healing
at soul level is a completely different kettle of fish as you
can be dealing with patterns, approaches, attitudes and so on
that it has had for perhaps all of its existence (A VERY, VERY
LONG TIME INDEED). Changing these we have found to be very
difficult - a bit like trying to change the direction of a
super oil tanker in mid channel in a hurricane. It takes lots
of perseverance, dedication, courage and patience.
At
this level there is just pure energy channelling, no familiar
technology. All is subtle
energy. Changes involve as much feeling, negotiating,
persuasion and understanding as energy channelling as you are
an interloper (a mere soul fragment) trying to make changes to forms
and aspects that have their own ideas, approaches and assumed
authority.
Within
the soul fragment levels you integrate all the experiences of your fragments
where ever they come from. At soul level it is different, here
you negotiate a merging or wholeness form where you swap ALL
THAT YOU ARE (like a data transfer) so that you take in ALL
of this form / aspect and can then make the result whole, united,
expanded and free (as you now have the experience to do this).
Well
what can we say. After you deal with all your soul fragment
existences which will take some time (many years) and let go
of them, then (and only then) can you start to push into pure
soul form and soul aspect levels. At these levels you
again start by resolving and releasing your soul from any
obvious existential traumas and circumstantial limitations.
After this you can then begin to appreciate, FEEL and BE WHAT
YOU ARE AS A SOUL. You can then deeply appreciate the
limitations held within your soul itself and begin to change
these. This is where the real work starts and a true movement
into the unknown, wholeness and empowerment begins. To work at
this level you obviously have to do the hard work ON YOURSELF to get yourself
there - there are no free tickets.
At
this level there can be no shortcutting, no avoidance, no
holding onto illusions and no assumptions just a sincere
dedicated focus and drive to move beyond all limits,
boundaries, resistance and beliefs. If you are willing to do
this then you will find that your greatest limitations are
unfortunately the qualities, skills and approaches that so
many of you have spent such a long time re-gaining. This is
because these prevent you from moving beyond themselves as you
use them all the time and know nothing else.
And
this of course is where the fun really starts . . . .
What can I do to
improve myself as a healer?
The
only way that you can make radical improvements with regards
your abilities as a healer is to work determinedly on yourself
to move beyond your limits, to ask for your issues of
limitation to be revealed, amplified and resolved, to work to resolve
your own traumas, to openly ask for unnamed guides who can help you to move
beyond yourself.
Also if
