An Introduction
We
feel that healing will only take people
to a radically new level within themselves if the energies are expansive
and unconditionally opening in
nature.
With this in mind this article explores expansive healing in
greater detail, giving not only a broader explanation, and alternative angles to help you understand
this energy approach as well as what is required for you to attract
energies of this type and work with them well.
Contractive healing
explained - burying the baby?
For this, we will use a simile. Lets say that an issue or trauma is like a
low pile of rubble strewn among part of a large and beautiful garden. You
cannot ignore it, it's an eye sore, you trip over bits, it
distracts you and it makes this garden less enjoyable for you.
What can you do?
Well,
you
could clear it up, drag the large bits away, dig all the
embedded bits out, hire a skip and completely get rid of it
all. Now obviously this would require time, effort and
planning.
Or
as a second
option you could pay someone to bring in more soil and
nicely cover this eye sore. That is you could bury it. Lets look at this option more;
Lets
say they skimp, just brings a few barrow loads
of soil and so a few weeks later the rain washes this layer
away and your rubble is exposed again. So, here your issue
symptoms would temporarily disappear only to return.
Or
lets say they bring a full 50 ton wagon, covers
the whole lot a meter deep, compacts it down to stabilize
and make it completely secure. With your issue then all your
symptoms go and do not appear again (at least not in this
lifetime).
Or
they are very enthusiastic, after securing the
area a meter deep, he landscapes this plot, plants flowering
shrubs and trees, creates a little pond with a running
stream. Looks nice. Not only do you symptoms go but you are
infused with a nice positive, loving, supportive energy.
All
of the above approaches from our point of view are just bypassing the
challenge, they are not dealing with it. This is what we mean
by contracting energies - they close things down, they hide,
they cover up - they do anything but reveal the original cause.
Yes, they get rid of the symptoms, but they do nothing about
the original trauma and associated issues. You may even be
feeling really good.
Ramifications of burying trauma and issues?
Lets get our crystal ball out and look to see what happens a
few lifetimes into the future - some event lets say the
equivalent to a landslide triggers the re-emergence of your
pile of rubble. It's back. So what do you do?
Well
if your soul character is inclined to avoidance or you now have a
soul history of burying then you are probably going
to do the same again without even thinking about it or being
consciously aware of doing this. Of course, the more times you do this then the more engrained this
burying pattern becomes. I speak of this from experience as I did this
in many, many existences and this pattern originated at soul
level too.
Lets
say that either you have changed some limiting belief
systems and decided to face whatever it is or you have made
a great mistake (well it would be for you) and gone to a
healer working with expansive energies. So, you go look at
your newly exposed pile of rubble, you face the issue, feel
the trauma, dig it all out, understand it and then let it
go. Great, are you finished? Well probably not! Lets explain
this . . .
The importance of actively digging for traumas
If you go for this digging option then
often you need to
become an archaeological issue explorer. This is because
burying is often a solution that fits in with the soul's
character - that is it is natural for the soul, and even if
it is not, often burying becomes a habitual or
preferred solution.
So, it is important to ask - "Is there anything else
buried?". There may be more instances of the same issue from
repeated experiences in other existences or there may be
completely different traumas lurking there?
You might be asking "does it really matter?" Well again for
short term results no. But for long term wholeness and
balance the answer is yes. It is yes because anything buried
carries both an energy signature which attracts the
manifestation of similar circumstances to the original plus
you are now using energy to maintain an effective seal on
what is buried.
Now you may be able to go for a long time without either of
these factors causing you a problem. Unfortunately often,
these areas become problematical when other factors in a
later existence subject you to high levels of
stress. When your energy levels drop such that you
cannot easily maintain the seals on burials, then they start
to break down and your stresses suddenly multiply. Creating a very difficult
situation.
This is why we advocate issue digging. This means that you
don't take your guidance at face value, but you actively ask
to have limiting issues presented, you actively ask to have
all seals safely scheduled for removal, and you
actively ask for the best teams in all of creation to help
you do this. The last is very important as the chances are
your current teams are expert in nothing more than burial.
And asking them to do the opposite is similar to asking the administration of
nuclear power stations to stop burying their
radioactive waste but to find some way to deactivate
it. It elicits the same shocked response.
So, to sum up, when you have dug out all that is there from
this lifetime then you need to keep digging until you are
absolutely sure that there are no ancient burials lurking at
greater depths.
You
must understand that when we are talking about your energy system
we are describing something that potentially spans all forms that make up
you everywhere within all existences on all levels.
If
this originates at soul level, then it will be present in
virtually all your forms beneath this - all soul fragment
forms, human forms and so on doing this can take years and it
can be painful.
Example of expansive healing
I
only came to understand how important digging is because I had a pattern of not
expressing a range of emotions - fear, anger to name just two.
When
I first started to explore these areas I began releasing lots
of these emotions, initially from this life as a
human. I did this but kept going. I then started to connect to my past lives as a human and
surprise, surprise began releasing the stored emotions held in these
forms too - this took
about a year.
I
then moved into exploring my soul fragment aspects and again
went through yet more releasing with each form that had this
pattern (most of them) this took a further 2 years.
The
shock was that when I hit pure soul levels - this pattern was
also there too. however a different approach had to be taken
here.
At soul level you have soul forms. I use this term to describe
a form that enjoys a complete existence somewhere at soul
level. You also have soul aspects. These are specialised
energy forms within the soul form that arise when you give a
lot of focus to achieving something. So I have many soul
aspects whose job it was to take care of the trauma and
emotion burying process.
Soul
aspects are intelligent. They are also very specialised, they
hold behavioural patterns within your soul. These usually
bridge many soul forms enjoying experience in many different
soul level existences. You cannot discard them or ignore them
or force them. You have to talk to them and give them
compelling reasons to support a new movement. In other words
it is not easy. So, I have been working with and supporting
change within soul aspects particularly that that have a role in
the burial process.
This adjusting has been going on now for the last two and a
half years.
The process of working with expansive energies
From our
experience, the norm is suppressive (contractive) healing. That is healing
that can look and feel very effective, but that is not resolving
causes, rather it is burying what is there more deeply.
The problem is
that we are living in societies that are both addicted to the
quick fix and that prefer soft solutions that do not require
much attention. The problem with expansive healing is that it
requires the opposite. That is a personal dedication to explore
yourself with unconditional openness with the intention to
move beyond all limits. This must be done putting aside
preconceptions and expectations otherwise all you do is chase
your tail. In other words you must also release yourself from
all beliefs, all ideas and knowings.
You can drive
yourself in this direction by using one of the basic laws of
creation - that you have the potential to manifest your own
reality here. You use this truth to ask to be shown all your
issues of limitation. In fact you demand this. At the same
time you also ask to have all that you have hidden - traumas,
suppressed feelings and so on revealed. This is somewhat
essential as they warp your awareness and can sabotage your
ability to manifest what you want. In all then, you make no
assumptions about what is limiting - you just keep going.
For us we had
some major and very obvious limitations we wanted and desperately needed to
clear, as we did this and they began to fade then the ground
became clearer allowing us to see things that before had not
even registered. As these secondary areas were dealt with and
resolved then even more subtle and engrained limits emerged
and so on. This is what we are doing all the time, moving
these boundaries, exploring the limits of limitations.
In the end, the only way that you can ensure that you are working with expansive, opening energies
is to make your life, your whole being, your soul, ALL THAT
YOU ARE dedicated to expansion and freedom?
In other words
there can be no separation or contradiction between the energies you work with and
where you stand with yourself. If you are consciously or
unconsciously; hiding
things about yourself, not wanting to genuinely move beyond
limits, holding to limiting beliefs, guides and so on then the
energies you hold and work with will represent these stances -
contrary to any presentation you give. Wishful thinking or
good intentions without a dedicated focus is no substitute at
all.
Expansive
healing is all about movement and change while not taking
anything at face value,
it is also about digging, it is about asking all the time - "what
more is there beyond this?" "Who am I really?" "Am I
holding to limits I simply cannot see?", "And if so - then do
everything possible to unconditionally show me them", "Are
there limits that we are all as souls holding too collectively
that none of us can see? And if so how can we go beyond these
too?"
You have to actively and with unconditional openness be
dealing with your own issues, your own traumas, your own
limitations. You must have a dedicated focus to get to the
true cause of whatever is the problem, irrespective of your
beliefs, training, current understandings or what your
guidance says. You must have a focused intent to go beyond all
your limits all the time.
If
you are a healer, then you should have as part of your practice an
intent that you will be fed some clients whose challenges are
beyond your experience. This shows you what you are not yet
capable of resolving and helps prompt you to explore deeper.
If
you are taking responsibility for the outcomes of your
clients, if you are attached to being successful with your
clients. If you are insecure about what you are doing. If you
are taking what you are doing at face value with regards any
training you have had or of what your guidance says then you
have a long way to go before you will begin to even attract
expansive energies.
You
cannot be given this approach by initiations, you can be
supplied with the resources to help take you in the right
direction (we offer them here), but it is then up to you, you
can only do the work yourself. You cannot hold what is a
contradiction, you can only move yourself to reduce the
contradiction to zero and be it and live it. With a dedicated
daily focus living and breathing what you want then you may
move well into this energy type in 8 to 10 years.
