We take for granted that what is happening within us is and must be of ourselves. That the thoughts we think and the feelings we feel must be ours and that they must represent us completely. It is almost unthinkable and actually very disturbing to even consider anything else because we completely identify with our thinking and feelings and the resulting actions; responses and behaviour as whom we are. If you cannot trust your own thoughts and feelings then on what basis can you trust anything?

Well, there is no way that I can break this to you gently but the bottom line is that it will be a very rare person indeed whose thoughts and feelings and resulting actions; responses and behaviours are really and truly their own. I estimate that between 20-50% of our thoughts, feelings, intuitions and so on are being directly and strongly compromised in some way (being manipulated, generated, substituted and more) as the result of subtle energetic crap acting upon us. It is very possible and quite likely that 90%+ of your thoughts and feelings are being influenced in some way. These intrusions are the norm for every single person here.

The first time I came across a set of subtle ‘interferences’ doing something debilitating severe and encompassing to myself I became very, very disturbed. In fact when I actually first contemplated just the possibility that maybe what I was feelings and thinking may be something being done to me I became so disturbed that I shut down thinking about this for about an hour.

During this hour I actually occasionally felt physically sick at what I was trying to NOT contemplate because it was just so horrendous and disturbing.

Eventually I decide that I might as well check to see if this was true rather than lie there feeling like shit anyway. So, I did, and it was true and I actually raged about it for a few days.

This particular set of ‘not of me’ things made me paralyzed in life, fearful, down and unsettled. They made my life grey and unsatisfying, fed me negative ‘downing thoughts’ such that I had to drag myself through each day. And the worst was that this crap had made me feel like this for 3-4 years JUST IN THIS LIFE. It took a difficult hour to clear these, but it took days for me to recover from the shock that my worst ‘negative states’ that I had lived for years had absolutely nothing to do with ANYTHING of me but were something that had been deliberately applied to myself to keep me down, lost and debilitated.

So, with respect to what I’ve presented above. Any thoughts and or feelings that seem alien, that do not represent your values, are persistent, over blown, distracting, that disengage you from life, loop around, repeat regularly are preoccupying or are either overly negative, downing or preoccupying or even overly positive, inspiring or enthusiastic should be considered suspect.

In other words it is useful to consider and to investigate the integrity of your thoughts and feelings. It is NOT USEFUL to worry about these areas. Whatever is and has been done to compromise you will have been acting on you for quite some time and they will have been doing this without your knowledge or awareness.

Some of you may react very strongly toward what I say here. “What you are saying is VERY negative, it is diabolical?”. To which I have to say the following; this is how it is, the truly negative thing is that it has been like this for longer than any of you would care to contemplate.

So, it is a useful but disturbing assumption to make that as a minimum some of your negative and debilitating thoughts, feelings and embedded dysfunctional life patterns . . .

May not be Naturally yours!!!

So, if you are reading this entire series then it might strike you that the above page is actually abundantly clear about how easy it is to have your thoughts and feelings managed AND how you can be completely oblivious to this AND how it is HORRIFYING to even think about this just as a possibility.

‘IF’ you had read the above AND you were working with me AND you had say 50 examples of yourself continually making very confident WRONG appraisals then just how well managed must you be ‘IF’ you read the above AND this reading still doesn’t invoke any correlations or SUSPICIONS?

I really want EVERYONE reading this series to be completely aware that despite someone repeatedly having regular feedback of highly ‘compromised’ and obviously ‘finely’ crafted ‘diverting’ responses each very much an indication that their thinking, evaluations and explanations AND feelings are completely compromised AND they read this page multiple times that this doesn’t in the slightest mean that they will be allowed to evaluate themselves, their repeating life patterns AND come to a rational never mind obvious conclusions . . .

    I thought it odd that my physical emotions sometimes did not match my internal condition.

    If you are going to give a speech to a group of people, imagine you had a friend who kept telling you the horrible things that could happen in such a way that you would look stupid standing up there with all those people watching you. How do you answer your friend, you try to ignore them, then you tell yourself you have no choice you have to give the speech I will be fine, but your friend keeps at it all up to the point when you finally get up there and start speaking. All the bad things your friend told you that would happen did not. So why does this happen every time you have to give a speech when you know it is not true, why are you endlessly plagued with negative thoughts every time. It would be best for you to just tell your friend to get lost stop telling you lies or bothering you. And this kind of friend somehow talks to you all the time, trying to prevent you to say hi to a stranger on an elevator, or while you are driving home in traffic, and so on. Who would choose to listen to negative thoughts all the time and run these thoughts through their mind debilitating themselves. It definitely seems like a ‘friend’ is trying to prevent you to function well in life. I think once we start to observe our thoughts we can start to pick out the ones that nonstop assault us trying to prevent us to choose our own actions and try to make it difficult to get along with others.

    Some additional ideas, if not all our thoughts are our own, then if we can have some bad friends influencing us, we can also have some friends telling us good things. Another idea is if our friend is feeding us negative thoughts about others and ourselves, could they also feed us thoughts about body aches and pains too?

    Also, I find it interesting how hard it is to keep in mind a certain idea that I want, it just keeps slipping away. For example I want to remain aware of my current conscious state. I have been doing an exercise to increase Lucid dreams, I ask myself if I am asleep or awake all the time, the idea is to always be aware, but I find myself only able to ask myself this question several times a day. How hard is it to be aware of one’s conscious state? It is when so many distractions exist.

      I’m not writing about ‘mind chatter’ on this page Joe. I’m talking about the thoughts you ‘THINK’ that you personally ‘THINK OF’ yourself’!!!

      I actually don’t have any mind chatter at all, when I stop ‘thinking’ then my ‘thoughts / thinking processes just stop. I imagine that this is quite rare.

      You could say that our ‘pre-thought’ processes and pre-feeling, pre-insight and pre-intuition are all compromised. What thoughts, feelings, insights and intuitions you have are already ‘crafted’ behind the scenes. The only way you can become aware that these are NOT congruent or ‘rational’ or ‘objective’ is if you make an effort to take notice of them.

      The simulation pages give example after example of this. We have plenty of examples of ‘evidence’ that relates to ourselves being in a simulation EVERYWHERE. Except no one is allowed to THINK enough to join the obvious ‘clue’ dots. Even if you do AND you write about them (as I have done on this site) then it make virtually no difference because people are managed to not even take in what is written despite that it’s all laid out on pages here and described in stupidly simple ‘step by step’ reasoning and logic lines.

      So, many people / pretty much everyone is ‘stopped’ from ‘thinking’ down certain lines and or they are stopped from spending time thinking ‘about’ certain possibilities they are also very much stopped from thinking about THE QUALITY OF THEIR THINKING, they are ‘in fact’ specifically prevented from engaging with certain thinking lines or of having certain thoughts. To make it less likely that they will make an effort to ‘CONSCIOUSLY’ START THINKING (particularly down specific thinking lines) then peoples heads are ALSO filled with pre-defined and essentially distracting and diverting ‘mind chatter’ thoughts.

      ‘IF’ you spend time thinking about your THINKING (and your evaluations and your assumed self derived conclusions) then you cannot do anything else but gradually become aware that your THINKING isn’t congruent, coherent, rational, objective (call it what you want) at all. This is the start of ‘enlightenment’ because you then cannot avoid becoming aware that your thinking and thinking lines are being managed to stop you from considering specific possibilities.

      At this point ‘IF’ you then FORCIBLY spend time thinking about the possibilities you are ‘obviously’ being prevented from thinking about then you’ll end up writing pages similar to what I present here because you start ‘joining’ dots and building up a picture of what ‘something’ (simulation software, drone ‘shit’, simulated subtle ‘shit’) doesn’t want you to become aware of.

        Thank you for the clarification. It would make sense that to control someone you would do it at a pre stage.

        How can you stop thinking?

          How can you NOT stop thinking? That you ask this question implies that you have a stream of ‘out of control’ and ‘unconscious’ thoughts passing through your head all the time?

          When I am not THINKING there are no thoughts (it’s quiet and very peaceful), when I choose to ‘consciously’ THINK then I have thoughts arising. This is ‘likely’ as it should be i.e. ‘normal or natural’.

          The person I’m simulating is a very young soul / subtle form (not even out of it’s warranty period yet – haha). The ‘drone’ shit (described here) takes a very long time to create the sub-conscious and to start manipulating / generating peoples thoughts. I (or more accurately the thoughts of the person I’m simulating) have not been around long enough for this to start happening yet.

    Yes that is correct, ‘out of control stream of thoughts’ is a good description of a person like me. And my peace is deciding what thought to listen to and what thoughts to ignore, it is very tiresome, I would much better prefer to just have quite ‘no thoughts’ and consciously choosing when to think. I guess you can say my waking life is much like my dream life, random thoughts just happening and me responding to them. I am assuming intent would be the first step to changing my mindset, but what else? How does one get to a point of ‘no thought’, a peaceful mind until choosing to think?
