Making Invocations & the role of INTENT!!

Lets give you some examples leading up to an open invocation.

Lets say you are feeling depressed and you want to resolve this.

How would paths holding to different belief systems and assumptions deal with this?

“Fill me with love and light from the Angels and Divine Beings to make me feel better.”

Dare we say it – a lightwork approach?

How to define an invocation to spirit

From a belief system point of view, you assume that love and light hold everything that can resolve this, that angels and Divine beings are experienced in all areas and can help in this specific case – none of these assumptions are true.

Also, what exactly does “feeling better” mean to you?

Which God are you asking to help you?

“Help me God to rid myself of these horrible feelings, I don’t want them any more.”

This we could say might be a type of prayer. Again? Which God? For example, you may be a Christian now, but if you have had many past lives as a Greek and called upon the Gods from this culture then this can result in the energy of a Greek God coming to try and help now. Will getting rid of it resolve it or is this just a sweep it under the carpet request with you not having to be involved? How good are Greek Gods at doing this? What levels do Greek Gods work to? I am not kidding here. Greek Gods exist, Asian Gods (as well as Asian demons) exist and if you have had dealings with them then these connections continue to exist too.

Almost an ‘open’ & none Denominational Invocation . . .

An early SoulWork Statement suitable to explore and resolve this type of situation would be:

“I ask that I am provided with all that I need to RELEASE all stored negative energy and emotion from all of the past lives that I am currently ready to face and deal with. I ask for this to be carried out on all levels of my Being from physical through to spiritual and I ask Divine Spirit to continue with this release until all these energies are totally and completely removed and cleared from me.”

BUT . . . . then . . . .

Also, with this statement came an invocation to draw energies and beings to help you in a multidimensional sense. Something like this –

‘From my Heart and with all my Being, I invite my Divine Soul Self to fully merge with me NOW. In a good and Sacred way I invite Divine Light into my heart and into my entire Being on all Levels. I invite the highest Divine Light Beings and all of my Divine Spirit Teachers, Healers, Guides and Guardians to work with me NOW. All that is done must be for my highest will and good and be fully in alignment with my Divine Soul Essence and Soul Purpose. I ask that this room, the space I occupy, be completely filled and surrounded with Divine Light and Divine Love, as I continue . . .’

This is a lightwork originated invocation and although it has made the movement beyond naming beings it makes lots of other limiting assumptions . . . .

Whose ‘Idea’ of the ‘Highest Will and Good’ is this?

For example you assume that there is a Divine. Is there a Divine or is this just wishful thinking? If there are beings who believe that they are divine then you have just invited them whether they are or not? It is specifying the “light” which will block other beings that perhaps have a broader, more open and encompassing agenda from working with you. It asks for everything to be done in alignment with your “Highest Will and Good” which is to be quite honest DANGEROUS.

Eh!!! . . . Who’s idea of your ‘Highest will and Good” is that then?

Will it be your idea that’s used or the idea of one of your guides for example? It also mentions soul purposes which we have found to (by and large) be either a fantasy or contrary to what you think those that do have them often have hugely negative and limiting ones.

Now having said all the above, if this statement is used diligently it will take you to these limits. At this point, if you are open and are pushing then you will have the same shocking revelations as we had. You will then realize that many “bread and butter” truths about spirit which are taken for granted quite simply aren’t.

A belief and dogma and limited ‘truth’ free invocation . . .

Yes, an open invocation will probably be scary for many because you’re having the living daylights scared out of you with all this talk of dark forces and demons. A general statement of intent that would for us cover the basics for this example would be as follows –

“Help me to understand why I am feeling like this. Help me be aware of where these feelings come from. Support me to resolve whatever is causing this completely within ALL THAT I AM, from which ever level and existence it originates. Help me so that it is resolved and dealt with completely. Give me the best support, the most experienced beings and energies that can do this as effectively and as efficiently as possible.”

The above is pretty belief free. It is asking openly to explore what is happening (you are taking responsibility). “Why am I feeling like this? Tell me?”. You are saying you want it to be resolved completely, so you are not making an assumption as to how it should be resolved – you are leaving this open. Its origins could be from anywhere up to the level. Asking like this and working fully with the result to completion means that it won’t return within any part of you at an time on any level. However, it also means that it may take years for this to happen as this may require you to explore and change your beliefs about for example;
